Who we are
What does Newcastle Carpet Cleaning do?
Newcastle Carpet Cleaning focuses on soft furnishings: fitted carpets, stairs, rugs, sofas and upholstered furniture. Concentrating on those surfaces means we can concentrate on doing them well.
Different fabrics behave in very different ways. A wool carpet, a polypropylene rug, a velvet sofa and a viscose rug each need their own approach to cleaning, and getting it wrong can cause shrinkage, colour loss, texture damage or rapid re-soiling. So every job starts with understanding the material and the problem, and then choosing a method to suit. That might be a deep hot water extraction clean, a low-moisture approach or careful hand-work on a delicate area.
We work with homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents and businesses across Newcastle upon Tyne and the wider North East. Whatever the job, you get the same thing: a clear explanation, a fair quote and a careful clean.

Where are you based?
We’re based in Newcastle upon Tyne and work across the city, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and County Durham.
Do you work for both homes and businesses?
Yes. We clean carpets and upholstery for homeowners, tenants, landlords and letting agents, as well as offices, shops, hospitality venues and communal areas. See domestic and commercial carpet cleaning.
How do I book?
Use the quote form on any page or visit our contact page. We’ll confirm the details, give you a quote and arrange a time that suits you.
Will you tell me if a stain won’t come out?
Yes. We assess stains before cleaning and give you an honest view of what’s likely to be achievable. Some marks, such as bleach spots or burns, are caused by damage to the fibre and can’t be cleaned away.
Are the photos on your website of your own work?
No. They are licensed stock images used to illustrate our services. We’ll add genuine before-and-after photographs of our own work, with customer permission, as they become available.
