- Room sizes: approximate measurements in metres are fine.
- Stairs and landings: how many flights?
- Carpet or fabric type: wool, synthetic, velvet, leather, or “not sure”.
- Stains and odours: what they are, roughly how old, and whether anything has already been tried on them.
- Upholstery and rugs: number of seats or cushions, and rug dimensions.
- Access: parking, floor level, lifts and furniture to move.
- Deadlines: such as a tenancy check-out or an event date.
